She is survived by: her husband Edward Payne; her children, Robert Edward Payne (Jessica) of Quapaw, OK and Tammy Waltz of Miami, OK; her stepchildren, Edward Arnold Payne of St. Petersburg, FL, Russell Melvin Payne of Phoenix, AZ and Donna Gay Payne of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Christine Waltz, Ashlynn Waltz, Alexie Owens, Jagger Payne, Jaxton Davis, Jessa Davis, Tyler Griffith and Kennedy Payne; and her great grandchild Dillon Mekler. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 1 great niece.
