He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Mathews (Morrow) and John Mathews; and his stepson Sonny Gene Ennis. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Rollins; his stepdaughter Jackie Ennis Pyatt of Wentzville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Lauren Anderson, Kaden Pyatt, Avery Pyatt, Reese Ennis and Chandler Ennis; his brother Nick Mathews of Afton, Oklahoma; his nieces, Linsee Mathews, Brittany Mathews and Ashton Mathews; and his godchildren, John Henry Ward, Gweneth Ward and Locklyn Ward. He is also survived by His wife, children, and grandchildren.
