He was predeceased by: his father Sam R. Buckallew, Jr.; his wife Jackie Buckallew; and his brothers, Jerry Ray Buckallew and Jimmie Dale Buckallew. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Buckallew (Trish) of Vinita and Shawn Buckallew of Enid; his stepson Will Felts of Houston; his daughter Ursula Bennett (Chad) of Tulsa; his stepdaughter Misty Daniels (Rick) of Houston; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Buckallew and Shirley Buckallew; his grandchildren, Marco, Chrissy, Jordan Buckallew, Emily, Darren Hale, Matthew TseTsaKis, Kiley Whatley (Chip), Madison Durham, Destiny Buckallew and Raylene Buckallew (Chase Magallanes); his great grandchildren, Olivia Mason, Freya Mason and Emersyn Buckallew; and his close friend Rosemary Millikan.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Otterbein Country Church (35951 S 4440 Rd, Vinita, OK 74301).
