He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Slusher and Ruth M. Slusher (Barker); and his brother Bruce Slusher. He is survived by: his friend Jack; his wife Vickie L Webb Slusher; his daughter Rebecca Collins (Colt) of Afton, Oklahoma.; his grandchild Bailey Slusher (Sandra); his great grandchildren, Thalia, Genesis, Haylie and Aria of Owasso, Oklahoma.; his children, Joel, Atlas and Jesse of Vinita, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Jack Collins, Paul Collins, Keagan Nash and Kaiden Nash; and his brothers, Bob Slusher (Karen), Jake Slusher and Clarence Slusher.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the family for the grandchildren's college funds.
