He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Hanna and Goldie Hanna; his wife Judy; his child Laurinda Carol; and his sister Betty.

He is survived by: his children, Karen Hicks, Zach Hanna and Kristina Hanna; and his sister Mary Reed. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and & 7 Great Grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
