She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindell Koontz and Marie Koontz; and her brother Gary Koontz. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Cheng (Mike), Jonathan Stapp (Lisa), Sarah Adkinson (Josh), Rachel Stapp and Rebekah Stapp; and her husband Mark. She is also survived by her five children and spouses; twelve grandchildren; brother, Craig Koontz; sister, Celinda Olszewski; and many other family and friends.
