He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Eugene McSlarrow and Eunice Retha Simpson McSlarrow; and his sister Janet Helm. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Brian McSlarrow (Cassie) of Commerce and Eric McSlarrow of Adair; his grandchildren, Shelby McSlarrow, Sydney Crabtree (Dylan), Ava McSlarrow, Jake McSlarrow and Journee McSlarrow; and his brothers, Jim McSlarrow (Susan) of Virginia and Danny McSlarrow (Sally) of Disney, Oklahoma..
