He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Floyd and LaVaughn Floyd (Odle); his stepmother Liz Floyd; his brother Ron Floyd; and his wife Coralee Sue Floyd.

He is survived by: his children, David Shoen (Jennifer) of Lincoln, Josh Floyd (Crystal) of Lincoln and Cassie Kyler of Adair; his friend Kyle Weaver of Adair; his brother Gary Floyd (Sarah) of Lincoln; and his sister-in-law Judy Floyd. He is also survived by several grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
