He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Peper and Lydia Peper (Ruppel); and his brother Gary Peper. He is survived by: his wife Emma Lou Peper; his children, Tammy Hill (Mike) of Adair, Todd Peper of Claremore and Julie Holt (Brad) of Adair; his grandchildren, Tamara Keathley (Zach), Shelby Sweet (Alex), Shante Aubert (Trey), Michael Hill, Jacob Lee, Amanda Peper, Steven Holt and Kristen Holt; his great grandchildren, Sage Aubert and Emmett Sweet; and his siblings, George Peper of Chelsea, Art Peper of Adair, Ewald Peper (E. C.), Arlene Hugley (George) of Adair, Don Peper (Janana) of Adair and Jane Harding (Fred) of Adair.
