With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Smith of Adair, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 62. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Smith to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Smith and Doris Smith; his brother Greg Smith; and his father-in-law Jim Crow. He is survived by: his wife Susan Crow; his children, Daniel Smith of Chouteau, Oklahoma and Kari Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sister Janice Poplin (Scott) of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; and his mother-in-law Phyllis Crow of Chouteau, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cornerstone Baptist Church % Jerry Smith Scholarship Fund at 3900 Union Road Texarkana, Arkansas 71854.
