She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Bartlett and Alberta Bartlett (Blackard); her husband Homer Duncan; her son Chuck Duncan; and her siblings, Jackie Bartlett, Glenda Harleson and Carolyn McCasland.

She is survived by: her children, Charles, Doug Duncan (Vickie), Bret Duncan and Kristi "Kookie" Duncan; her grandchildren, Dustin Duncan (Mandy), Alex Duncan (Brandy), Dee Dee Duncan, Marc Duncan, Cody Duncan (Kayla), Callie Carruba (Philip), Cassie Duncan, Kara Greene (Justin), BreAnn Green and Megan Bond; her great grandchildren, Kenzie, Peyton, Emma, Kacen, Tyler, Klaire, Riley, Bella and Jackson; and her great great grandchild Jax. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
