He was predeceased by: his parents, George Peper and Lydia Peper (Ruppel); and his brothers, George Peper, Gary Peper and Lambert Peper.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Ricky Peper (Schelle) and Angela Root (Randy); his grandchildren, Jerod Peper (Kindsey) of Adair, Heath Peper (Kali) of Adair, Chelsie Ashley (Chris) of Adair, Daylan Root of Scottsdale, Ashley Shultz of Adair, Randy Root, Jr. (Meredith) of Leesburg, Virginia, Jamie Walters and Mike of Pryor; and his siblings, Art Peper, Donnie Peper (Janana), Arlene Hugley (George) of Adair and Jane Harding (Fred) of Adair. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
