He is survived by: his parents, Lori Whitson (Vance) and Terry Factory (Keisha) of Ada; his daughters, Natalie Factor of Broken Arrow, Alexus Factor of Broken Arrow, Maci Factor of Ada and Saylor Factor of Tulsa; and his siblings, Eric Factor of Tulsa, Anna Rillo and Natasha Barnett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
