We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2024, at the age of 82, Turk Barrett of Ada, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Turk may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Berk Barrett and Zelda Harden Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Davis; his daughters, Leslie Singleton (Scott) and Sherri Duty (Ladd); his siblings, Donald Barrett, Michael Barrett, Bobbie Hayes, Reta Gunn and Judy Peoples; and his grandchildren, Chance Duty and Tegan Singleton.
