Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (123 E 13th St, Ada, OK 74820). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
