He is survived by: his children, Chad Blue, Twilah Blue and Billy Blue (Charlene) of Ada; his siblings, LaVerne Stevenson, Patricia Mustin, Melissa Harper, Tonya Quarterman, Elizabeth Weber, Mercedes Weber, Michael Harper, Jeff Harper, Kerry Harper and Selwyn Frazier (Nicole); his great-nephews, Trejan, Richard, Jonah and Joshua Ascencion; and his goddaughter Britney Spratt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
