He is survived by: his sons, Casey Hawkins (Wendy) and Zac Hawkins (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Allysen Taylor (Lane), Lauryn Hawkins (Reese Siegle), Jayli Hawkins, Addisyn Hawkins, Isabel Hawkins, Julia Hawkins and Abby Frederick; and his siblings, Joe Hawkins (Ruthie) and Reba Baker.
