He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Creel; and his son Joshua Michael Creel. He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis Stewart Creel Agee and Jerry Creel; his son Christopher Creel (Maddie); and his grandchildren, Dawson Tittle, Mason Creel, Josslynn Creel and Joey Creel.
