He is survived by: his wife Lisa Willoughby; his daughter Ashleigh Baxley of Ada; his siblings, Brian Baxley of Ada, Kandi Barnes (Michael) of Chickasha and Shaunna Baxley of Chickasha; and his grandchildren, Alexus Belcher, Trinity Belcher and Quenton Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and the many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Criswell Funeral Home (815 Arlington St, Ada, OK 74820). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (129 W 14th St, Ada, OK 74820).
