It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Rice of Ada, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Marion had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Marion may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Rice and Voilet Williams Rice; his daughter Rhonda K. Hickman; and his brothers, William Cecil "Bill" Rice of Shawnee, OK and Donald Ray Rice of Nacogdoches, TX..
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Huckleberry; his children, Barbara G. Voigt St (James), Theresa D. Smith Ada (Brent) and Larry A. Rice (Sally); his sister Betty Ainsworth Moran (Bill); and his son-in-law Jay N. Hickman of Childress, TX. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
