He was predeceased by: his father Leon V. Lowe,; his sister Gwendolyn "Bittie" McIntosh; and his grandmother Gwendolyn Price. He is survived by: his mother Angela Miller Lowe, Jr.; his daughter Izabelle Lowe; and his siblings, Terren Lowe and Arletha Lowe.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel (815 Arlington St, Ada, OK 74820).
