With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Juanita Mae Powell (Ada, Oklahoma), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 3, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Thomas Blakemore and Dee Cahill Smith Blakemore; her husband Roy Powell; her son Chuck Powell; and her son-in-law Jerry Duty.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Jarman (Ron), Brenda Duty, Anthony Powell and Bryan Powell (Jean Casagrande); her grandchildren, Andrea Jarman, Alisha Fox, Annabelle, Lucas, Nathan Powell (Kelsea), Michael Casagrande (Tonya) and David Casagrande; and her great grandchildren, Ruby Quinn and Rory Powell.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Moore Funeral (400 SE 19th St, Moore, OK 73160). A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maxwell Cemetery (5200 County Rd 3470, Ada, OK 74820).
