Though James may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Holkum and Ruby Stewart Holkum; his wife Peggy Holkum; his sister Loretta Holkum Hatfield; and his nephew Hoyt Edward Hatfield.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Holkum (Rick) of Wilburton, OK, Vicki Holkum of Ada and Tina Holkum of Ada; his grandchild Delaney Holkum of Ada; and his sister Joyce Holkum Moore of Conway. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to one's favorite charity in James' memory or to Homer Baptist Church 13901 CR 3590 Ada, OK 74820.
