He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde C. Muse and Flora J. Newton Muse; and his siblings, Troy of Texas, Joann of Oklahoma City and Joyce of Texas.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria Todd; his sons, David (Mildred) of Ada and Travis (Ginny) of Ada; and his grandchildren, Jason, Brandon, Dusten, Amanda, Cassie, Ben, John David, Michael and Anna Beth.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to either American Cancer Society, Oklahoma.
