He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly (Bart); his grandson Reid; his children, Wyatt Fisher, Gentry (Tyler) and Heidi; his partner Kim Dicus; his brothers, Terry Fisher and Brian Smith; his cousin Ricky Faulkenberry; and his friends, Chuck Blackburn, Steve Leemhuis, Tim Hibbard, Duane Murray, Joe Dickinson, Jerry Collier and Willie Cowger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
