He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bush and Gertrude Holt Bush; and his brother Harry Donald Bush. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Bush of Fort Worth, TX, Patricia Bush of Ada, Peggy Bush of Randallstown and Carol Bush of Hope Mills; and his close friend Reba Teel.
