He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Arthur and Oleta Belle Pate; his wife Linda; and his brothers, Donnie Pate and Gary Pate.
He is survived by: his daughters, Candy Johnson (Jimmy) of Ada and Karen Reyna (Richard) of New Braunfels, Texas; and his grandchildren, Melissa Johnson and Brandon Reyna.
