He is survived by: his wife Pauline Perryman; his son Forest Perryman of Achille, OK; his grandchildren, Presley Martello (Jacob) of Achille, OK, Donald "Miles" Perryman of Achille, OK and Brandon Ford (Selah Briedwell) of Durant, OK; and his siblings, Mike Perryman (Brenda) of Achille, OK and Charlotte Wakefield of Achille, OK. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other friends and family.
