He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Maurer and Evelyn Maurer (Swartz); his sister Sandy; his brother-in-law Bob Lindsey; his brother Glenn; and his sister-in-law Rita Maurer.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Maurer (Baughman); his children, Shelly Dee Jepsen (Jim) of Amanda, Jill Capozella (Dan) of Dover and Robin Griesen (Mike) of Dover; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Erb (Brandon) of Amanda, Sierra Jepsen of Livingston, MT, Carlo Capozella, Cole and Tori Griesen of Dover; and his great grandchild Leighton Wyatt Erb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
