Though Wilfredo may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Wilfredo leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor and Alicia; and his brother Victor Manuel Belen. He is survived by: his wife Betsey of Zanesville; his son Kory Young (Jami Brunk) of Hebron, Ohio; and his granddaughter Abigail Young of East Fultonham, Ohio..
