He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Stotts and Zelma Longshore Stotts; his wife Nancy Crumbraker Stotts; and his siblings, Essie Davis, Elaine Peterson, Josephine Barner, Corrina Holman, Joy Gortner, Dale Stotts and Johnny Stotts.

He is survived by: his children, Crystal Stotts, Rita Stanbery (Steve), Karen Patterson (Troy), Richard Stotts (Sandy Myers) and Virginia Browning (Robert); his siblings, Daniel Stotts and Nora Davis; his grandchildren, Patrick Stanbery (Lindsay), Jenna Gahm (Adam), Colin Patterson (Katelyn Dennison), Kendra Church, Sarah Crawford, Morgan Caton (Tim) and Alex Stotts (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Regan, Ellison, Liam, Zaler, Bailey, Skyler, Gage, Amiya, Audria, Aislynn, Alyna, Evan, Theo and Esther.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zanesville First Church of the Nazarene (5700 Martin Ln, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
