He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore C. Sr. Zakany and Doris Zakany (Sagle); his wife DeLores Zakany (Gravitt); his daughter Maria Zakany; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Buzza, Molly Roberts and Mark Catlett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Lovell (Kevin) and Melissa Thompson (Darryl); his grandchildren, Matthew Linscott, Michael Linscott (Taylor), Zachary Roessler (Ali) and MacKenzie Linscott; his great grandchildren, Addy Roessler, Milly Roessler, Payton Linscott and Paisley Linscott; and his siblings, Dan Zakany (Marla), Tom Zakany, Bev Catlett and Julie Zakany. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Crematory (1271 Blue Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
