Though Terri may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Terri touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Arthur Cramer and Erma Jean Phillips Hoffman; and her stepfather Stanley Hoffman. She is survived by: her son Matthew Wolfe (Melissa) of Roseville; her brother Ty Cramer (Teresa); and her grandchildren, Case Smith, Hank Smith, Hayden Wolfe and Cheyenne Wolfe.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Snouffer Funeral Home (1150 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
