She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Leroy (Jack) and Lillian Rush (Mayle); and her brothers, Charles Edward Rush (Laddie) and Timothy Allen Rush. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Anthony Palmer (Sherene) of Malta, Heidi Harris (Jeff) of Newark, Brandy Palmer of Zanesville and Bradley Palmer of Zanesville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Ryan Palmer (Indie), Mikisha Mayle and Amber Mayle; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Lennox, Carter, Iris, Lyric and Edwin; her sisters, Charmaine Green and Belinda Green (Keith); her niece Lynna Gudino; and her caregiver Rebecca Palmer.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zanesville Church of God (3064 Coopermill Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
