She was predeceased by: her parents, George Richard and Wanda Jean Addis (Gatten); and her sister Louella Albaugh. She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Phillips; her daughters, Stacy Vaughn (Chad) of Blue Rock and Melissa Vaughn (Greg) of Zanesville; her stepchildren, Chancie Phillips (Trever Milhon) of Pataskala and Chase Phillips of Zanesville; her grandchildren, Phillip, Vincent, Brady, Averee, Jadyn, Josie Vaughn and Aressana Milhon; her sister Patty Jones (Bill); and her brothers-in-law, Dale Phillips (Roxann) of Zanesville and Cotton Phillips (Katie) of Lakewood.
