We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2018, at the age of 93, Shirley Allison Baillie (Zanesville, Ohio), born in East Fultonham, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nevil F. Moore and Hope L. Moore; and her brother Leslie Moore. She is survived by: her children, Joel Baillie (Foy) of Traverse City and Ann Parker (John L.) of Zanesville; her grandchildren, Andrew Baillie (Barbra) of Avalon, Erin E. Horstman (Kevin) of Circleville, Lauren A. Parker of Columbus and Christopher J. Parker of Zanesville; her great grandchildren, Joel (Buck), Chandler, Peyton Baillie, Nora and Natalie Horstman; her husband Forrest; her sister-in-law Virginia Moore of Stuart; her cousin Elizabeth Ann Gibson (Kit) of New Concord; her niece Julie Moore Oldehoff; and her nephew Matthew Moore of Stuart.
