He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Hiles and Ruth Hiles (Sheets); his siblings, William "Bill" Hiles, Michael Hiles, Jeff Hiles, Pearl Ann Brennan and Mary Nesbitt; his sisters-in-law, Patty Hiles and Juanita Hiles; and his nephews, Jeff Rodgers, Jack Towning and Bill Towning.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Hiles (McCutcheon); his daughter Heidi Hiles; his grandchildren, Jenna Norris (Trey), Jaelyn Anderson, Ryan Cochran, Mercedes Runkle (Cory), Travis (Kathy Gross), Cameron Kuhn (Morgan), Latrina Robinette and Willard McBride; and his brothers, Bernard "Ben" Hiles and Pat Hiles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home (56 S 5th St, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
