It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Hanson of Zanesville, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on June 30, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Hanson and Virginia Stout Hanson; and his brothers, Timothy Hanson, Patrick Hanson and Claude Hanson.
He is survived by: his children, Ryan Hanson, Ashley Hanson, Teresa Barrows-Bennett and Emily Barrows-Bradley; his siblings, Michael Hanson, Sharon Hanson, Bonnie Mercer, Terry Tokie, Tina Hanson (TJ) and Lacy Russell; his grandchildren, Aleigha, Kiah, Clayton, Kiersten, Nicholas, Grace, Molly and Seth; his great grandchild Nixion; his cousin John York; and his former wife Christy Kinder. He is also survived by other friends, nieces, nephews.
