She was predeceased by: her mother Joyce A. Hale (Williams); and her grandparents, Theodore, Myrtle Hale, Roy and Louise Williams.
She is survived by: her father Forest E. Hale Sr.; her sons, Tyler Smith and Dylan Smith; her granddaughter Karsyn; and her siblings, Tondalea R. Hale of Zanesville and Forest E. Hale Jr. (Jill) of Dresden.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zanesville Church of God (3064 Coopermill Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Church of God (3064 Coopermill Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701).
