He was predeceased by: his mother Goldie Lucille Holbert (Moore); and his sister Kathy Holbert. He is survived by: his father Richard "Harley" Holbert; his wife Tonya Holbert; his children, Megan Yingling (Jeff) and Shane Holbert (Ky); his siblings, Kim Cook (Ray), Kelley Settles (Jim), Mark Holbert and Matt Holbert; his grandchildren, Meison Smith, Grayson, Gavin Yingling and Ridge Holbert; his parents-in-law, Steve and Brenda Harding; his sisters-in-law, Denise Hatcher, Michelle "Mic" Clark and Shawna Smith (Alan); and his pet Bella. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
