He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Taylor Sr. and Marguerite (Prescott); the mother of his children Barbara Taylor (Syfan); his wife Dora M. Taylor; and his siblings, James, Gene, Madge, Maxine, Gladys, Irene, Ronnie, Dick, Peggy, Janny, Rosie, Shirley and Randy.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Wilhelm (Rick), David Taylor (Molly), Janet Gibbs (Don) and Julie Taylor; his stepchildren, Anna Johnson (Joe), Alice Beers (Tim) and Jason Stockdale; his grandchildren, Jennifer Rockel (Doug), Danielle Dreslinski (Jeremy), Kevin Wilhelm (Stephanie), Sean Taylor (Ashley), Lauren Metzler (Andy), Ian Taylor (Jenny), Benjamin Taylor (Danielle) and Sloan Taylor; and his siblings, Gary Taylor, Michael Taylor and Darla Gatton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
