She was predeceased by: her parents, Venon Starcher and Hazel Starcher (Dusenberry); her husband Paul E. Cullins; and her siblings, Hurl Starcher, Miles Starcher, Marlin Southall, David Southall, Kay Southall-Anderson and Evelyn Southall-Davis.
She is survived by: her son Christopher Cullins (Shelia); and her great-niece Ella Ayotte. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home (1271 Blue Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
