He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Thomas and Irene Kellems (Smith); his brother Ray Thomas Kellems Jr.; his father-in-law Glen Waller; and his granddaughter Lillian Miller.

He is survived by : his wife Teresa Kellems (Waller); his children, Kyle, Kalah, Keith Kellems, Amanda and Candi Boring; his grandson Myles Miller; and his siblings, Vivian Drummer (Carl), Jim Kellems (Marcia), Walt Kellems (Peggy) and Ava Kellems. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
