She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Carr and Mildred G. Cowger; her daughters, Nicole Devlin, Analee Ochoa, Jessica Ochoa and Sarah Sandefur (Austin); her siblings, Albert Carr, Robert Carr and Elizabeth Noakes; her half-sister Kelly Gilbert; her grandchildren, Devin Miller, Landen Carr, Selena Lopez, Noah Devlin, Luke Devlin, Vinee Lopez, Tanley Young, Emanuel Lopez, Niviana Young, Daniella Young and Layla Sandefur; her pet Squirt Murphy Ochoa; her husband Daniel W. Ochoa; her daughter Katie A. Carr; her brothers, John Carr Jr., Harold Carr and Larry Carr; and her half-brother Steve Cowger.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home (1271 Blue Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting potted plants to memorialize Margaret.
