He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Lattiere (Betty Bartley) and Anthony Rota; his brothers, Sal Rota and Eddie Wheeler; his sister-in-law Darlene Rota; and his great grandchild Asher Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Rota; his children, Angela Edgell (Bill), Dawn Smith (Jack) and Larry Rota (Kim); his grandchildren, Josh Edgell (Kate), Kati Edgell, Corey Smith (Ashanti), Nick Smith (Shayla), Zoe Smith, Faith Rota, Wyatt Rota, Mia Edgell, Maci Edgell, Alaina, Ansley, Brycen, Addy, Paisley, Maverick, Ryker, Asher and Chase; his siblings, Connie Rota (Sal), Tony Rota (Ilene), Barb Wheeler, Theresa Resino, Mary Walsh, Robert Walsh and Dan Walsh; his cousins, Anthoney, Frankie, Sal, Ritchie Rota and Adele Huffman; his nieces, Chastity Griffith and Kristi Childress; his close friend Dale Banks (Carol); and his pet Della.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burrell Funeral Services (414 La Salle St, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
