He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. Osborn and Pearl M. Leasure Osborn; his wife Gloria Jean Rush Osborn; and his brother Millard Osborn. He is survived by: his children, Kandy Zartman (Mark), Kenneth J. Osborn (Gemma) and Rodger A. Osborn (Mel). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Snouffer Funeral Home (1150 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Snouffer Chapel (1150 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701).
