She is survived by: her husband Jim McCormick; her children, Lora Lynn Rexroad (Bill) and Brian McCormick (Jenn); her grandchildren, Emily Rexroad, Breahna Rexroad, Andrew Taylor and Cameron McCormick; her siblings, Ken West (Sharon) and Chris Smith (Jerry); and her stepsisters, Virginia Epperson and Dorothy Derr.
