We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2024, at the age of 77, John Edward Rollins of Zanesville, Ohio, born in Athens, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Rollins and Forrest Ruth Sheppard Rollins; and his brother Ronnie Rollins. He is survived by: his wife Faye Boykin Rollins; his children, Dedra "Dedi" D. Noland (Wesley) and Todd E. Rollins (Michele); his grandchildren, Cole Cameron (Jaycie), Lauren Rollins and Ty Rollins; his great grandchildren, Callie Cameron and Maddie Cameron; his brother Dennis Rollins (Patsy); and his sister-in-law Carol Rollins. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
