He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip and Helen; and his siblings, Mary, Libby Donaldson, Georgann Tatman, Mollie Williams, Bill Moore and Emma Dunn.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, John Michael Moore and Kyle Patrick Moore; his sister Sue McHenry (Stan); and his granddaughter Megan Neonakis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
