With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry C. Huntsman of Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on January 7, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Huntsman and Cathern Huntsman (Young); his siblings, Esther Latham, Leonard Huntsman and Bill Huntsman; and his grandson Zachary Sawyers.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Hunstman (Moore); his children, Thomas Huntsman (Julia Elson), Debra Sue Clowser (Gary), Sheila Ann Flynn (Mike) and Diana Kay Taylor (Willie); his grandchildren, Lisa Murphy (Joe), Philip Searls (Maria), Erin Newman, Renee Searls, Brad Harris, Brooke Prouty (Adam) and Logan Sawyers; his sister Mary Louanna Downey; and his sister-in-law Ann Huntsman. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Crematory (1271 Blue Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery (1475 Military Rd #111, Zanesville, OH 43701).
